The International House of Perfumery services and products are only available to residents in Australia and New Zealand; unfortunately we do not cater for overseas banking transactions or delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Our current delivery promotion is FREE Delivery to anywhere in Australia on orders over $150. If you order falls below the minimum for the FREE Delivery promotion, then the standard delivery fee is $8 to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Delivery will vary - usually between 5 - 20 working days of the order.

The International House of Perfumery believes our service is not complete until the product is in your hands - securely and safely. We send packages via registered post.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at the International House of Perfumery.

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the goods within 14 days for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that have been opened. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return is an error on behalf of the International House of Perfumery.
